I CAN’T DOWNLOAD USING CHROME…
This is a known bug with recent versions of Chrome. Instead of clicking on the download link, Right-Click on the link and select Open in a New Tab. The download will start immediately.

WHERE ARE MY DOWNLOAD LINKS?
Immediately after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from receipts@trychec.com. If you don’t see it in your inbox right away, check your spam folder. That email contains your download links.

MY DOWNLOADS ARE TAKING TOO LONG…
Although these videos are compressed to reduce size, there is only so much you can do with 35 HD videos. The files are large. Avoid downloading all of the folders at the same time. Downloading one folder at a time greatly increases the speed, and you can start watching the first videos while the second folder is downloading.

ONE OF MY DOWNLOADS JUST FAILED…
Avoid downloading all of the folders at the same time. If you have run out of download attempts, just let me know and I will reset your downloads.

Yes! I would love to help, but it is difficult to keep up with all of the questions I am receiving on a daily basis. Make sure you join the Facebook Group and post your question there. I respond as quickly and as often as my schedule allows, and more than likely, another member of the group will chime in as well. Bonus - your question will help other people!
